production line 1 was started in , june 1998, with capacity of 2000 tons per day (600,000 tons per annual). In october 2002, implementation of ilam cement company development  project was approved with capacity of 3300 tons per day with 23% shares of ilam cement company and 77% shares of Sepah Bank.

in april 2010, the second production line of cement company getting started with the operation of this line, the capacity of clinker production of this company increased from 2000 tons to 5300 tons per day. (1500.00 tons annual)
